Start with the use case

Which controls should become easier? Which routines should be automatic and what should remain manual? These questions keep planning focused. We assess useful connections with existing security equipment within the order. Compatibility between arbitrary devices from different manufacturers cannot be assumed.

Understand dependencies

Before deciding, discuss which functions need internet access, a manufacturer cloud or a subscription, and what happens during power or connection loss. Answers depend on the chosen product. We do not promise cloud-free operation or resilience beyond what the system actually supports.

Hand over access and controls

Installation includes personal instruction and replacement of factory default passwords before handover. Responsibilities, access rights and update handling should be defined for ongoing operation. Remote access is arranged only within the agreed scope. The aim is understandable operation rather than unnecessary app complexity.
