2. Hosting
The website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich. Technical data such as IP address, time, requested file, referrer, browser and operating system may be processed for secure and stable operation.
Access logs managed in our hosting account are configured for automatic deletion after seven days. A data processing agreement is in place with the hosting provider.
3. Contact and calculator enquiries
Your details are processed to handle the enquiry and take pre-contractual steps. Enquiries without a subsequent order are deleted after no more than six months unless legal duties require otherwise.
4. WhatsApp callback
The callback form is not stored on our server. WhatsApp opens with a prepared message only after your review and confirmation; the message is transmitted only when you send it yourself.
5. Google services
reCAPTCHA loads only after explicit consent at the form. Google Analytics loads only after consent to “Statistics”; Google Maps and YouTube only after consent to “External media”. You may withdraw consent at any time in the cookie settings.
Retention for user and event data is set to two months, without renewal on new user activity. Google deletes expired data in monthly deletion cycles; this setting does not apply to aggregated standard reports. Google Signals, detailed location and device data collection, and ad personalisation are disabled in our property. Browser cookie lifetimes are separate from this retention setting. Our website configures Analytics cookies (_ga and _ga_*) to expire after 60 days without renewal on page views. These cookies are set only with your consent; your browser may shorten their lifetime.
6. Your rights
Subject to legal conditions, you have rights of access, correction, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection. You may also complain to a data protection authority.

Device access and withdrawal
Non-essential cookies and similar device access rely on consent under section 25(1) TDDDG. Strictly necessary access follows section 25(2) TDDDG. Withdraw consent for statistics and external media in cookie settings. If services have already loaded, the page reloads on withdrawal; this does not retrospectively erase data already processed.
You may contact us by phone or email without enabling Google reCAPTCHA. Do not send passwords, access codes or confidential security plans through the forms.
Providers and international data transfers
Google services: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google describes worldwide processing, including the US, relying as applicable on adequacy decisions (GDPR Article 45), the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses (Article 46). WhatsApp: WhatsApp Ireland Limited, Merrion Road, Dublin 4, D04 X2K5, Ireland. Its policy describes processing outside the EEA using applicable adequacy decisions, the EU-US framework or standard contractual clauses. Details and access to clauses: WhatsApp privacy policy.
Opening WhatsApp passes the prepared information to WhatsApp through the link; sending it to us requires you to send the message. We handle contractual enquiries under GDPR Article 6(1)(b), otherwise to respond to your enquiry under Article 6(1)(f). Our deletion rule for enquiries without an order also applies here. Telephone and email are alternatives. Providers additionally process data under their own policies.
