2. Hosting

The website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich. Technical data such as IP address, time, requested file, referrer, browser and operating system may be processed for secure and stable operation. According to the provider, server logs are deleted after no more than seven days.

3. Contact and calculator enquiries

Your details are processed to handle the enquiry and take pre-contractual steps. Enquiries without a subsequent order are deleted after no more than six months unless legal duties require otherwise.

4. WhatsApp callback

The callback form is not stored on our server. WhatsApp opens with a prepared message only after your review and confirmation; the message is transmitted only when you send it yourself.

5. Google services

reCAPTCHA loads only after explicit consent at the form. Google Analytics loads only after consent to “Statistics”; Google Maps and YouTube only after consent to “External media”. You may withdraw consent at any time in the cookie settings.

6. Your rights

Subject to legal conditions, you have rights of access, correction, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection. You may also complain to a data protection authority.
