Create a clear inventory
Manufacturer details, model names, existing documentation and a description of faults or planned changes are useful. Before taking over a third-party system, we check technical conditions. Reusing every component cannot be promised without assessment. Explain how appointments and access can be coordinated.
Consider shared use
For intercoms and electronic access, user numbers, assignments and later changes are key questions. Clarify who authorises work and manages permissions. If cameras are considered, legal and organisational requirements need separate assessment; this page is not approval to monitor shared areas.
Keep maintenance and handover clear
Kondul offers maintenance, repairs and assessment of existing systems for takeover. The maintenance scope is agreed individually. Smoke alarms and fire warning systems are offered, but fire detection systems directly connected to the fire brigade are not. Installation is followed by instruction, documentation and written acceptance.

A short description is enough for initial contact. Do not send passwords, access codes or security-sensitive plans through the contact form.
